His Royal Highness Prince Haji Sufri Bolkiah, President of the Brunei Darussalam National Olympic Council, witnessed National Weightlifting athlete Mohammad Nashrul bin Haji Abu Bakar in action at the Men’s 65kg category in the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games, currently taking place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on 9th November.
A total of 12 countries are competing in the event, namely Oman, Turkiye, Uzbekistan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bangladesh, Iran, Indonesia, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Uganda, and Brunei Darussalam.
Mohammad Nashrul bin Haji Abu Bakar finished the event with a total lift of 248kg. – James Kon
