His Royal Highness Prince Haji Sufri Bolkiah, Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) Honorary Executive Board Member and President of the Brunei Darussalam National Olympic Council (BDNOC), attended the opening ceremony of the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Friday evening.
A 13-member contingent from Brunei Darussalam comprising seven athletes and six officials will compete in fencing, karate and weightlifting at the Games.
Some 3,500 athletes from 57 National Olympic Committees will be competing across 23 sports events. – James Kon
