The Brunei Darussalam National Olympic Council (BDNOC) announced that the Olympic Day Run 2023 in Brunei Darussalam will take place on June 25 starting at 6.15am at Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien.
This event is a celebration of the Olympic values of excellence, friendship and respect as well as a promotion of fitness and healthy living among the people.
His Royal Highness Prince Haji Sufri Bolkiah, the President of BDNOC, will attend as the guest of honour and officiate the run as well as present medals to the top participants.
All participants can collect the official T-shirt from Room 7, Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium from tomorrow until Saturday from 8.30am to 11.30am and 2pm to 4pm.
The run’s routes are 1.8 kilometres (km) for people with special needs and children; 3km for veterans; and 5km open category.
