The National Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (NFABD) celebrated the 'Asian Football Confederation Grassroots Football Day' with a football festival in the Tutong district on Sunday.
The event saw more than 300 children participate in the celebration which is the third festival organised by NFABD in conjunction with AFC Grassroots Day on May 15.
NFABD's Grassroots Football month will conclude with its fourth and final festival in Temburong district on Sunday which will be held at the Temburong Sports Complex.
The first grassroots football festival was launched on May 4 at Jerudong International School (JIS) in the Brunei-Muara district where over 400 children took part.
The festival then moved to Belait where it was held over at the Arena field in Seria on May 11. DST, in partnership with NFABD, is sponsoring jerseys for festivals in all four districts.
