Success sums up Team Brunei's performance at the Asian Para Games in Guangzhou, China.
The contingent signed off from the Games by winning two more medals at the Aoti Main Stadium in the Chinese metropolis yesterday.
Shari Hj Juma'at (F55) and Hirdan Hj Abd Kadir (F55) added to the tally with a silver and bronze respectively in the F44/55/56 men's javelin throw.
The former threw a distance of 26.28 metres to beat 18 others to the spot, breaking his personal best of 25.17m, which is the current Asean Para Games record notched in Kuala Lumpur last year.
Hirdan captured bronze with a throw of 24.78m. The 27-year-old Bruneian's attempt also erased his personal best of 24.63m which captured the bronze in Malaysia last year.
Ali Naderi Darbaghshay beat the duo to the top of the podium with his third attempt of 30.09m to win gold for Iran.
However, the other events contested during the day did not fare well for the Sultanate's contingent.
John Vianni anak Chandau and Rosli Hj Hastan were unable to follow in their medal-winning countrymen's footsteps in the F44/46 men's shot put.
A distance of 10.26m, which erased his personal best and bronze-winning throw of 10m in Kuala Lumpur, was not enough to secure John Vianni (F44) a spot on the podium.
His throw placed him at 12th of 21 competitors, while Rosli's (F44) 8.94m put him at 16th.
Hosts China made a clean sweep of the honours for said event. Wei Enlong rewrote the F46 Asian record to 14.53m in his sixth and final attempt. It came after compatriot Guan Xiqiang broke the F44 record in his fourth throw of 14.09m, which captured him bronze. Gong Xiufeng (F46) took silver with 13.72m.
Meanwhile, Brunei's sole para athlete to compete at the New Delhi Commonwealth Games Alihan Muda placed second last in a field of 12 competitors in the F33/34 men's javelin throw.
The 37-year-old Bruneian's (F34) best of 16.54m was not enough to beat the best of the Middle East.
Iranian Siamak Saleh Farajzadeh (F34) threw a personal best of 26.34m to win gold. United Arab Emirate's Mohammad Almehairi (F34) won silver with 25.59m and Hani Alnakhli (F33 15.88m) notched bronze for Saudi Arabia.
Track-representative Subi Razali (4.51m) took last spot in the F44 men's long jump final.
Wang Qiuhong and Shang Junfeng (6.12m) jumped to a one-two finish for the hosts, the former recording an Asian record with 6.18m.
Sri Lankan Dumeera Pituwalakankanange (5.43m) grabbed the final spot on the podium.
The Sultanate's total tally at the inaugural Games comes to two silver and two bronze medals.
An Nur'Haiyyu Yusof won Brunei's first medal in the seven-day tournament on Wednesday in the T12 women's 100m. The 25-year-old athlete clocked 15.03 seconds to grab silver and erase her former personal best of 15.22s.
On Friday, Norhensan Hj Mataha picked up the second medal in the F12 women's discus throw. Her throw of 18.3m, which erased her personal best of 18.05m, clinched Team Brunei's first bronze in the Chinese metropolis.
Shari and Hirdan's achievements yesterday concluded the medal haul.
