HIS Royal Highness Prince Haji Sufri Bolkiah, President of the Brunei Darussalam National Olympics Council on Tuesday visited the Olympic Sports Village in Barra de Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro to meet with the Brunei contingent for the 2016 Olympics.
His Royal Highness, who was greeted upon arrival at the sports village by the Brunei Contingent Chef de Mission Ummi Kalthom Haji Abd Karim, made a show of support for the athletes by penning his signature on the Olympics Message Board and briefly speaking to athletes.
His Royal Highness, following a short tour of the available facilities, then gave a sabda of sound advice to the athletes representing the country.
Before concluding the visit His Royal Highness hosted lunch for the contingent of officials and athletes.
