HER Royal Highness Princess Fadzilah Lubabul Bolkiah led Brunei Darussalam’s Royal Bees Netball Team to victory against Terengganu Darul Iman Netball Team at the Multi-Purpose Hall of the Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex in Berakas last night.
Brunei’s Royal Bees defeated Terengganu Darul Iman Netball Team 54-38 after four quarters. Her Royal Highness Princess Fadzilah Lubabul Bolkiah commented that the team played well for the first match.
“In the next two days we want to improve on the line of our defence.”
“I missed a lot last year due to my injuries and had to undergo rehabilitation for nine months. I am excited to play again, especially for the upcoming Asian Netball Championships.” Brunei Darussalam Netball Coach Jane Searle commented that she was satisfied with the results of the team.
“I can see that the team’s development and chances of improving are bright.”
“Our players have the advantage of agility and quick reflex against our opponent,” said the coach.
